Refund policy

Change of Mind 

To be eligible for a refund, your good(s) must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Re-sealed items will not be accepted. 

To complete your return, we require a valid CartridgeMax invoice number. We will not refund an item that was not purchased from CartridgeMax. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund if you have changed your mind.

It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges to CartridgeMax. Please ensure you have tracking and insurance for the goods. No refund will be processed until the item is received. 

 

Any shipping fee already paid to CartridgeMax is non-refundable.

 

All change of mind returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the total value of the approved return.

 

Please contact sales@cartridgemax.com.au with the below information so we can provide your with the return address:

  • Invoice number
  • A list of all the cartridges you would like to return
  • Acknowledgement that you understand the above terms for change of mind returns. 

 

Approved returns must be received by us within 30 days. 

 

Faulty Items

Please do not dispose of the faulty item. We will not be able to offer a replacement or refund if you are no longer in possession of the faulty good(s). 

If you have encountered a problem, please send the below items to sales@cartridgemax.com.au

  • A description of the problem you’re having. We recommend attaching photos or sample pages. All genuine item(s) must have supporting photos or sample pages.
  • A printer report or photo showing the remaining life or percentage of the item. 
  • Your printer model number.
  • Your invoice number.

Our support team will help you diagnose the issue. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, then we’re happy to arrange a refund or replacement. You will be provided instructions on how to return the faulty item back to us. 

Please note the following 

  • The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice, and is the amount you actually paid us for the goods. There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here.
  • Goods must not be refilled or tampered with in any way.
  • Goods must still be over 75% full.
  • Goods must not be expired. 
  • Genuine goods will be returned to the manufacturer for verification. A refund or replacement will be offered once we have received confirmation from the manufacturer that the item is faulty. 
  • Any shipping fee already paid to CartridgeMax is non-refundable.
